Looks like no one bothered with JPBD and we're almost at cour4 so just did it myself. JPBD is historically not the best source but its better than TV with its fixes. I'm sure people will complain about something, respectfully, dont download if you dont want it, and even better, make a better encode :^) of course do let me know if I made some egregious errors somewhere, might fix or learn at least.
I take no credit for anything really, I just encoded it with settings that makes sense for bleach with minimal/nonexistent quality, PCM encoded to FLAC for lossless quality. webdl subs from some sources are a pain to time, lazier had best quality imo and timing wasnt far off from bd source. Plex friendly naming.
